ProCare Therapy is a school-staffing organization which partners with school districts throughout the country. We are currently working with a school in Saint Paul, MN which is looking to hire an experienced Special Ed. Paraprofessional as soon as possible for a 1:1 role for the rest of 2023-2024. This would be a contracted position with the district, with full-time hours guaranteed throughout the rest of the 2023-2024 school year. Assignment Details:

• Competitive Hourly Pay Rate (Available upon request)
• Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
• Guaranteed Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
• Assignment Start & End Date: ASAP Start – June 06, 2024
• Caseload: Openings available for K-12th Grade
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities
  • Implement and carry out behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other licensed professionals
  • Collaborate with Special Education Teachers & other staff as needed to ensure behavior plans & goals are being followed throughout the day
  • More details on day-to-day responsibilities to come from district during interview process

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening
